Associate General Counsel

Our client is a large conglomerate with multiple lines of business that's growing quickly with great people and excellent resources. They're currently looking for an attorney to join the team who will handle a wide variety of legal matters, with heavy focus on litigation and arbitration.

Associate General Counsel (on site - Vegas):

• Must be fully licensed in NV and in good standing
• Must have strong experience in litigation
• Must have strong defense side experience
• Should have good experience with General Liability and Arbitration
• Must be willing to do some minimal travel within the state
• Must be willing to be hands on at all levels
• Salary is likely to be $180k-$195k base + discretionary bonus, benefits, etc

This position is a key in the growth of our client, and will impact operations day 1. Our client is growing quickly, and looking for a hands-on, ego-free, attorney to join the team. While they are focused on growing quickly and driving business, they also care deeply about their people and want to invest in their team. This is a brand new hire, and they will be looking to fill the role quickly.
