This role sits at the intersection of data, operations, and technical services, ensuring that critical field technologies and internal systems run efficiently and continuously improve. You will transform operational data into actionable insights that directly influence service performance, process optimization, and customer outcomes. Working closely with technical, software, and leadership teams, you will identify root causes, surface inefficiencies, and recommend improvements that enhance system reliability and operational scalability. The environment is fast-paced and mission-driven, combining sustainability impact with strong technical problem-solving. You will also play a key role in designing and evolving training programs for technical teams, ensuring consistent execution and knowledge sharing. This is a highly cross-functional role where analytical thinking meets hands-on operational execution.

Accountabilities:

• Analyze operational, technical, and service performance data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and root causes impacting system reliability and business outcomes
• Collect, structure, and interpret data from multiple systems in collaboration with Technical Services and Software Development teams
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making and operational visibility
• Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop, update, and maintain technical training curricula for service teams, ensuring alignment with evolving tools and processes
• Monitor training effectiveness and continuously refine learning materials based on feedback and operational needs
• Document processes, workflows, and system requirements to support consistency and scalability
• Partner with leadership to identify and drive process improvement initiatives across CRM, service tools, and operational systems
• Support implementation and optimization of business systems and tools (e.g., CRM and field service platforms)
• Collaborate with software and technical teams to ensure successful rollout of improvements and data-driven initiatives

Requirements:

• Experience in business process analysis, operations, data analysis, or a similar cross-functional technical role
• Strong ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights, reports, and recommendations
• Experience working with technical and non-technical stakeholders in fast-paced environments
• Ability to document processes, workflows, and technical requirements clearly and effectively
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working with CRM systems, operational tools, and data platforms
• Experience collaborating with engineering, software, or technical services teams is a plus
• Familiarity with IoT, field services, energy systems, or similar technical environments is a plus
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail
