On-Site Supervisor (5807)

OLH Technical Services, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an On-Site Supervisor to join our Team in Martinsburg, WV. Responsibilities The Program Manager will be on-site and the single point of contact for the Contracting Officer and the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). The Program Manager and all designated alternates will be able to read, write,speakand understand English. The Program Manager will be available by phone or email to the COR between the hours of 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM local time, Monday through Friday, and will respond to a request for discussion or resolution of technical problems within two (2) hours ofnotification. The Program Manager will be an active participantintheworkflow process. They will recommend process improvements that help improve accuracy and cycle time resulting in improved customer service. The Program Manager will assistwith quality control and quality assurance. The Program Manager will be responsible to cross train staff,coordinate and assign workpriorities, and schedule contract staff to address various inventoryor backloglevels. Requirements The candidate will possess at least five years of supervisory experience working with ISO 9001 quality standards systems (QSS) or equivalent quality system.
