Registered Nurse (RN) - Pediatric & Adult Home Health | Private Duty Nursing

What You’ll Do Provide personalized nursing care for pediatric and/or adult patients with complex needs in their homes. Coordinate care plans with physicians, therapists, and other team members. Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed. Educate and support families with in‑home care techniques. Document visits and care notes in the electronic medical record (EMR). Collaborate with the clinical supervisor and participate in case conferences. Serve as a trusted part of a long‑term care team focused on safety, comfort, and continuity. What You Bring Active RN license and CPR certification. Clinical experience preferred; new graduates with passion are welcome. Excellent communication and critical‑thinking skills. Love for patient‑centered care, especially in a home environment. Confidence, compassion, and a calm presence during routine care and critical moments.
