Seasonal Customer Service Specialist – $20/hr
Full-Time | October 2026 – Early January 2027

Pay: $20.00 per hour. Paid training. Full-time hours through the busiest, most rewarding season of the year — and you're home for Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.

We're hiring Seasonal Customer Service Specialists to support guests across our family of brands — answering phone, live chat, email, and SMS. You'll help customers track orders, solve issues, and feel the same warmth they'd get walking into one of our stores.

This is a full-time position only — part-time schedules are not available. While your daily hours and shifts will adjust based on guest volume throughout the season, this role requires a full-time commitment.

What you'll do:

• Deliver friendly, first-contact-resolution customer service across phone, chat, email, and SMS
• Help with orders, shipments, returns, and billing questions
• Juggle multiple systems while keeping conversations warm and human
• Learn our brands inside and out so you can problem-solve with confidence

What you'll get:

What we're looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems
• Full-time availability, including evenings and weekends
• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or contact center experience a plus

This is an on-site position — remote work is not available.
