HR Manager

Spectrum seeks an HR Manager to lead recruitment, employee relations, organizational effectiveness, and performance management, aligning HR programs with company goals. You’ll work with the leadership team to implement short- and long-term strategies and ensure timely, quality HR service. In a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you’ll manage HRIS data, ensure compliance with FLSA, FMLA, and ADA, coach managers, and drive initiatives across Spectrum’s US footprint. #J-18808-Ljbffr
