Investigating and confirming the facts of loss for automobile accidents, the fully remote Auto Claims Adjuster will determine coverage, liability, and damages while adjusting and negotiating claims within their authority. Key Responsibilities Partners with assigned representatives to address claims involving fraud or subrogation for optimal outcomes Identifies vehicle body parts and potential property damage while assessing customer needs and providing appropriate service Handles investigations regarding all aspects of auto claims, exercising discretion and independence within an increased level of authority Required Qualifications Experience in auto insurance claims or related field Intermediate understanding of insurance policies and industry standards Ability to recognize and identify vehicle body parts and damages Proficiency in handling investigations related to coverage, damages, and subrogation Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
