Opportunity A well-capitalized, highly respected real estate investment and development platform is launching an Affordable Housing division and seeking a senior executive to lead it from the ground up. This role offers the opportunity to build and scale a best-in-class LIHTC development platform within an established, innovative organization known for long-term ownership, disciplined investing, and operational excellence. The leader will shape strategy, establish market presence, and deliver impactful communities while driving strong financial performance. Key Focus Areas Launch and lead a new Affordable Housing development platform (4%, 9%, hybrid structures) Set strategy, market focus, and growth plan, initially within Texas Source, underwrite, and advance deals through approvals, financing, and delivery Build relationships with syndicators, lenders, housing agencies, and community partners Assemble and lead a high-performing development team Partner cross-functionally with investment, construction, operations, and finance leaders #J-18808-Ljbffr Joseph Chris Partners
