THE PRODUCTION TEAM The Production Team is responsible for overseeing Cupertino Electric's Field workforce, ensuring that all projects are executed with the high standards of safety, productivity, scheduling, quality and cost control. Our team is dedicated to operational excellence, maintaining tight control over project execution from start to finish. We take pride in developing and deploying the best Field Managers in the industry, leaders who drive performance, uphold standards, and deliver successful project outcomes.

ABOUT THE ROLE The Production Clerk provides support to the Corporate Production Compliance team by ensuring the accurate and timely filing and maintenance of union workforce timesheets. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, organizational excellence, and a commitment to maintaining precise records in alignment with company policies.

• Accurately file and maintain timesheets for the union workforce on a daily to weekly basis
• General administrative tasks
• Special projects as needed
• Support to the Production Compliance Supervisor and Compliance Team

ABOUT YOU

• Basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite
• High attention to detail, good organizational skills, and good time management
• Ability to manage multiple tasks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle confidential data with integrity

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Any college degree preferred.

Licensure/Certifications: None required.

Experience: Two (2) years of experience required in similar role with construction experience preferred.
