Senior Service Sales Executive

About This Role This Senior Service Sales Executive for the North America Healthcare market will act as the primary contact for all associated strategic customers. The role focuses on identifying service solution selling opportunities, working with key players within National & Regional Healthcare Account customers, and developing key strategic C‑Level relationships with Service & Aftermarket customers. The Executive will collaborate across the North America Field Operations organization, the Strategic Account Team Leaders (Carrier Factory), and other Carrier Corporation National Leaders to drive growth within assigned accounts. Key Responsibilities Develop new business relationships with end‑user clients and build a business case for Carrier Commercial Service and Aftermarket utilization. Communicate with end‑user decision‑makers including C‑Level executives, VP of Operations, Directors of Facilities and Engineering professionals. Maintain and expand relationships in assigned, existing client accounts while creating new customer relationships. Act as a trusted advisor to customers across their enterprises within the Healthcare vertical. Prepare and negotiate complex sales contracts with multiple accounts. Partner with field sales, service, operations, branch and regional leadership as necessary. Interact with Field Management and support their business growth targets. Work directly with building owners to improve system reliability, reduce energy consumption and enhance the indoor environment. Support and communicate with the owners GPO partner and leverage these relationships. Create and implement strategic sales strategies to position Carrier as the preferred supplier for targeted partnerships. Manage current Healthcare account relationships to maximize service and aftermarket sales. Perform needs assessments, develop sales proposals, estimates and presentations. Coordinate with operations, finance, legal and other resources to facilitate the sale and negotiate satisfactory contracts. Prepare accurate sales activity reports, forecast reports, Salesforce updates and expense tracking. Participate in civic and professional organizations to build a network of contacts and advance sales targets. Team‑sell with solutions partners to bundle solutions and expand Carrier participation in opportunities. Participate in activities such as bids, trade shows and customer relationship management. Represent the broader company’s interests and build business relationships to enhance sales and development performance aligned with the company’s mission, purpose and strategy. Collect and analyze market data to engage current and potential customers. Support existing customer relationships and travel as necessary (estimated 45‑50% travel). Work autonomously with limited oversight from management. Coach and review the work of field level professionals. Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 5+ years of experience in HVAC Service Sales and/or Healthcare System Solution Sales. Valid Driver’s License. Ability to travel up to 25% domestically. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently on a team. Outstanding follow‑up and follow‑through skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and prioritization ability. Unwavering customer service orientation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to coordinate with internal stakeholders across multiple channels. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a related field. Advanced knowledge of Healthcare markets. Understanding of GPOs and their interaction with healthcare systems (IDNs). Related professional certifications preferred. High level of technical and financial expertise to assist field offices in selling Carrier Commercial equipment and service. Pay Range The annual salary for this position is between $117,500.00 – $234,500.00. Factors that may affect pay include skills, education, experience and other unique qualifications. Other Compensation This position is entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
