Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to understand clients’ mental health concerns, formulate accurate clinical diagnoses, and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing state-of-the-art evidence-based modalities that align with each client’s unique needs and aspirations.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during acute mental health emergencies, offering immediate strategies and resources to clients in distress.

• Ensure meticulous documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to the highest ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCPC, LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 per year based on experience, along with a sign-on bonus to support your transition into the role.
