Front Desk Manager

Job Summary: The Front Desk Manager plays a pivotal role in our fertility practice by overseeing and coordinating all scheduling activities, ensuring optimal patient flow, and managing a team of schedulers. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and compassionate healthcare environment. In addition to scheduling responsibilities, the Supervisor Scheduler is also responsible for providing backup support to the front desk and supervisory functions.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

Scheduling Management :

· Oversee the daily scheduling of patient appointments for consultations, treatments, and follow-ups.

· Ensure that the scheduling process is efficient and accurately reflects the availability of healthcare providers and clinical resources.

Team Supervision:

· Manage and provide guidance to a team of schedulers.

· Conduct regular training, performance evaluations, and support to ensure staff are well-prepared and meet scheduling targets.

Patient Communication/Patient Experience:

· Collaborate with the front desk and clinical staff to facilitate smooth patient check-in and check-out procedures.

· Address patient scheduling inquiries, changes, and conflicts.

Quality Assurance:

· Monitor scheduling accuracy to minimize appointment errors and reduce patient wait times.

· Implement and maintain scheduling protocols and best practices.
