Registered Nurse – IMC/PCU/Stepdown

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | Alternating 3x12 and 4x12 schedule (36/48 hours per week) | Expected 84 hours biweekly

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an IMC/PCU/Stepdown setting with a primary focus supporting Med Surg patients
• Float to support staffing needs across applicable units as required
• Work weekends as needed, which may include most weekends during the contract period
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using the facility's electronic health record system
• Adhere to all facility compliance requirements, including completion of required orientation modules

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license — license must be in hand prior to start date
• ACLS, BLS, NIHSS certifications required at time of submission
• Nursys verification required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in IMC/PCU/Stepdown or related setting
• Must agree to a 36/48-hour alternating schedule and weekend availability
• Must live more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience strongly preferred
• Experience with Epic electronic health records strongly preferred
