Our eight manufacturing complexes in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom, an unparalleled storage, transportation and distribution network in North America, and logistics capabilities enabling a global reach underpin our strategy to leverage our unique capabilities to accelerate the world's transition to clean energy.Responsibilities:Financial close process for WaggamanReview, analysis and journal preparationDistributions and assessment processingProcessing of product costing.Balance sheet variance analysisLocal key performance indicatorsAccount reconciliationsMonthly plant cost variance analysisLocal financial & cost reporting enhancementsAsset componentization, retirement, and closureInternal Controls:Establishes and implements processes and procedures to meet departmental internal controls requirements. Ensures that established processes/procedures are followed as designed. Works with Internal Controls Department to identify deficiencies in existing processes/procedures, the need for new ones, and the extent to which such processes/procedures are being followed. Develops and implements corrective actions with regard to department internal controls as necessary.Successful Incumbents Will Have:Bachelor's Degree with major in Accounting or equivalent.Five to seven years of experience in various areas of accounting with increasing levels of responsibility required.Must be proficient with basic computer skills and have fundamental working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Must be detail oriented and have a strong ability to problem-solve.Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills are required.The ability to prove drug and alcohol free at random and for cause.The actual base pay for the position may be influenced by factors such as education, training, skills, qualifications, competencies, years of experience, job-related knowledge, and scope of the role, and could be outside of the posted pay range.In addition to base pay, an incentive program is available to all full-time employees, and a comprehensive benefits package including two medical plan options, a health savings plan with a company contribution and a match, dental and vision benefits, a well-being incentive program, 401(k) Plan which provides a potential of receiving between 10% and 13% of employer's contribution, life and disability insurance, paid time off programs and much more!
