Registered Nurse - Med Surg Nights

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Med Surg 5E unit, providing comprehensive inpatient care for adult medical patients with diagnoses such as pneumonia, diverticulitis, and respiratory infections. Key Responsibilities Include Utilizing the nursing process to deliver patient-centered care Assessing patients and developing care plans Coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and evaluating care effectiveness Maintaining patient rights, confidentiality, and professional accountability Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate Degree, Nursing Diploma, or BSN) Current RN license in Missouri or valid compact license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire Preferred: BSN, prior hospital experience, additional certifications, and specialty experience Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform clinical duties requiring reaching and bending This role offers opportunities to develop core clinical skills, work with complex cases, and participate in a collaborative team environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services
