Accounts Payable Analyst

Owning the accuracy and integrity of procure-to-pay operations, the full-time remote Accounts Payable Analyst will manage end-to-end invoice processing, review and reconcile invoices and employee reimbursements, and support month-end close activities while contributing to operational excellence in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end invoice processing, including 3-way PO matching and payment execution Review and reconcile non-PO invoices and employee expense reimbursements to resolve discrepancies Support month-end close activities, including cash application and preparation of expense accruals Required Qualifications: 3-5 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience Experience coding invoices and expenses across departments and GL accounts Familiarity with expense management and credit card platforms Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs Experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
