Providing essential technical support for radiology IT systems, the full-time System Support Specialist I will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RIS, PACS, and VNA while collaborating with clinical and IT teams to ensure efficient patient care delivery. Key Responsibilities Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for radiology IT systems, ensuring system availability and performance Collaborate with clinical and IT stakeholders to diagnose system issues and implement solutions for improved operational efficiency Support healthcare interoperability standards to maintain seamless integration between imaging systems and electronic health records Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience 1-2 years of experience in Healthcare IT, with exposure to radiology systems support Working knowledge of PACS, RIS, VNA, and medical imaging workflows Familiarity with DICOM, HL7, IHE, and healthcare interoperability standards Experience with Windows Server environments and SQL Server or Oracle databases
