We are seeking a motivated and professional Inside Sales Executive to join our growing real estate team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about helping clients through strong communication and follow-up.

• The position is on-site, not remote
• Full-time

• Compensation: $60,000–$90,000 (base + commission; example: avg rep earns ~$85k/year)

$60,000 – $100,000+ On-Target Earnings

What you’ll do:

• Respond to inbound leads and inquiries (no cold-calling)
• Qualify prospects and set appointments for agents
• Consistent follow-up via phone, text, and email
• Maintain CRM records and pipeline reports
• Work within a structured lead-nurture system

What you bring (must-haves):

• Active Texas Real Estate License (or pursuing one)
• Strong phone and written communication
• Comfortable handling high call volume and follow-up targets
• Organized, coachable, detail-oriented
