HR Business Partner: New Plant Launch (Manufacturing)

HTi LLC

HTI is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a brand-new manufacturing facility in Duncan, SC. You will help shape workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations as the operation grows. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR, manufacturing experience, and a track record of building HR processes from the ground up. SHRM-CP/PHR or similar certification is a plus; this role blends strategy with hands-on execution. #J-18808-Ljbffr
