As a Security Officer Driving Role Patrol in Coopersburg, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic tech location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver’s license. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, badge access activity, and visitor movement while following site protocols for sign-in, deliveries, and/or after-hours access requests.
• Support day-to-day operations by reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior, while maintaining a professional presence and clear communication with staff and guests.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
