Compensation & Benefits $145,000 - $175,000 per year 100% bonus potential Comprehensive benefits package including company vehicle Training and development opportunities, and potential for growth within the organization Job Overview This individual will provide leadership in evaluating, allocating, and managing human, physical, and financial resources in the development and deployment of the business plan. They will create a work environment that optimizes profitable growth across parts, service, and sales departments, supports customer satisfaction, and fosters personal growth of team members. Specific Duties Demonstrate leadership in all aspects of store operations. Define and communicate RDO Equipment Co.’s core values, vision, and mission. Drive the Oregon team to focus on customer acquisition and maintain customer relationships. Align team goals with organizational priorities and hold accountability for decisions and performance. Instill a sense of passion and urgency to deliver business objectives. Collaborate with peers to drive success within the Vermeer business for the organization. Manage physical and financial resources and oversee hiring, training, assessment, and effective assignment of staff. Lead the development and deployment of a comprehensive strategic business plan aligned with financial and operational objectives, including store benchmarks and budget. Ensure compliance with all RDO Equipment Co. policies and procedures within the store. Coordinate and delegate activities through the store management team. Coach and mentor team members in parts, service, and sales departments regularly. Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing current and future expectations; resolve concerns. Review monthly receivables with department managers, establish collection plans, and monitor aggressively. Facilitate open‑book meetings, regular team meetings, and an open‑door policy for proactive feedback. Foster an engaged workplace encouraging accountability, teamwork, and a customer‑service commitment. Lead all business/department activities that ensure positive customer experience and build long‑term relationships. Maintain company reputation and community image consistent with RDO Integrated Controls Core Values. Ensure safe and sound business practices and continuous improvement to meet ethical objectives. Adhere to safety rules and company policies as outlined in manuals and handbook. Participate in company‑sponsored training to develop and advance skills. Maintain a professional relationship with peers and support resources, demonstrating teamwork and customer service. Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Job Requirements Proven business and people management experience. Operational expertise in sales, parts, and service. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of John Deere agriculture, construction, and/or Vermeer dealership operations. Excellent customer service skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Excellent computer skills.
