NS FINANCE ACCOUNTS DIRECTOR

The Finance & Accounting Director is a strategic leader responsible for all financial aspects of the Destination. Reporting to the General Manager, the Finance & Accounting Director is accountable for the administrative and financial operations of the Company, to include the development and implementation of the financial and operational strategy, including monitoring of control systems designed to preserve Company assets and report accurate financial results for the Destination consistent with the Company’s brand standards. This role collaborates with the Royal Caribbean VP of Finance on day-to-day financial operations. This role oversees strategic planning, financial management, and performance optimization to support the Destination’s long-term vision. The Finance & Accounting Director requires a proactive approach to managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, ensuring alignment with the goals and objectives defined by the Board of Directors. This position must demonstrate strong leadership qualities, effective communication, and the ability to influence the organization’s financial health and strategic direction.
