Embark on an engaging full-time opportunity supporting students at the elementary and middle school levels in a dynamic school environment. This contract position seeks experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) eager to help shape communication skills and foster academic growth. Multiple SLPA roles are available, and interviews with swift offers will be extended to qualified candidates.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid SLPA license or certification in the state is required
• Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Comfortable working with elementary and middle school-aged children
• Solid understanding of IEPs and therapy documentation
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with speech-language pathologists and educational staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language therapy services under the supervision of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists
• Support students in both pull-out and classroom-based settings, focusing on articulation, language, social skills, and fluency
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
• Create engaging materials and activities to target students’ speech-language goals
• Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and session notes
• Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and IEP reviews as needed
• Foster an encouraging, positive, and inclusive environment for student growth
