Field Applications Systems Engineer

The Field Applications Systems Engineer provides technical support for strategic customers in the San Francisco Bay Area, with a primary focus on power electronics applications and Wide Bandgap (WBG) semiconductor technologies including Silicon Carbide (SiC) and Gallium Nitride (GaN).This role works closely with customer engineering teams to evaluate, design, and implement onsemi solutions across energy infrastructure, industrial power, electrification, renewable energy, AI power delivery, and advanced power conversion applications. The range exclusive of fringe benefits, or potential bonuses. The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
