This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.* Ensure sales goals are attained* Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff* Ensure salespeople are engaging with customers* Address and resolve customer concerns## **Qualifications*** **2-3 Previous Automotive Sales Management experience REQUIRED*** **Honda & Toyota experience a plus but not required*** **Large volume store experience a plus*** Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSI* Strong communication and customer engagement skills* Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residenceThe New Jersey salary pay range for this position is $160,000.00 - $18,000.00 monthly. This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Department Net and Manufacturer Approvability, Total Units.
