Recruitment Specialist
This role is responsible for driving the full-cycle recruitment process, from understanding hiring manager needs to ensuring an exceptional candidate journey. You will actively source and engage a high volume of qualified candidates while continuously optimizing recruitment strategies. Success involves meticulously tracking progress, maintaining confidentiality, and fostering strong connections with both candidates and new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans.
- Partner with hiring managers to define talent requirements.
- Cultivate a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Manage and prioritize multiple recruitment pipelines.
- Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage competing demands.
Must-Have Skills:
- Expertise in working with an ATS.
- Strong project management and agency management skills.
- Outstanding networking and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong productive relationships.
- The ability to independently manage multiple competing demands and to constantly re-prioritize.
- A high sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Savvy with the latest tech and tools
Industry Experience:
- Experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly within logistics or fulfillment environments, is preferred.
