As an Industrial Material Handling Associate, you’ll be the connective force moving heavy materials safely, organizing inventory so it’s ready when production calls, and teaming up with colleagues to hit daily targets. What your day looks like

• Move and position heavy materials throughout the warehouse with safe techniques and care.
• Load and unload trucks and containers to support incoming and outgoing product flow.
• Stage, label, and store inventory in designated locations for quick access.
• Follow established safety protocols and keep work areas clean and hazard-free.
• Coordinate with teammates to meet production and shipment goals.
• Perform basic quality checks on materials and finished goods when needed.
• Lend a hand across warehouse functions to keep operations on track.

What you bring

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment (preferred).
• Demonstrated capability to handle heavy materials safely and efficiently.
• Comfort with physical work: lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
• Manufacturing setting experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail with a safety-first mindset.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work well within a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to a strong work ethic.
