What You Bring Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license Proficiency with Excel and Word Experience with scheduling software (Hosted Time preferred) Solid understanding of AHCA regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills to balance employee needs with operational demands Your Role Design and manage staffing schedules for nurses and nursing assistants Partner with HR to communicate staffing needs and updates Interpret HR policies for nursing staff and coordinate training schedules with the Director of Nursing Adjust schedules as needed to cover call-outs, absences, and leaves Maintain accurate records of attendance and time off, and recommend corrective actions when necessary Ensure adequate staffing levels to support quality care and regulatory compliance Compliance notice (Florida): This position requires background screening through the Florida Clearinghouse.
