We are seeking a highly skilled Account Payable Specialist (Must have SNF Experience) to join our team at our Hollywood, FL location.
About the Role:
As an Account Payable Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and accurate processing of financial transactions, maintaining organized and efficient accounts payable processes, and providing exceptional support to our business operations team. Responsibilities:
• Process and verify accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records, including financial statements and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies and financial inquiries
• Analyze and manage cash flow, ensuring effective financial planning and budgeting
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
• Must have previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) environment
• 2 years of experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
