LEASING AGENT

Description Looking for an experienced leasing professional for two Clinton Township apartment communities. Candidates must be able to travel and work at two different sites as days will be split between the two. Candidates must also have LIHTC and Tax Credit experience. As a Leasing Agent, you will play a crucial role in attracting potential residents, ensuring high occupancy rates, and providing exceptional customer service. If you are a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for real estate, Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Interact with prospective residents, providing them with detailed information about available units, amenities, and leasing terms. Property Tours: Conduct property tours, showcasing apartment units and amenities, and address any inquiries potential residents may have. Lease Agreements: Assist applicants through the leasing process, explaining lease terms, conditions, and rental agreements. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of leasing activities, applications, and resident interactions. Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to existing and prospective residents, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive living experience.
