We are currently using PayCor, but will be transitioning to UKG in early 2027.Essential Functions Performed in This PositionPerforms payroll recording and payment functions on bi-weekly schedule.Processes payroll records for all team members.Monitors timesheets weekly, or daily if necessary, to communicate errors to Department Directors.Keeps records and monitors employee leave time (PAL)Maintains Payroll program information daily for time worked.Communicates with Department Directors concerning payroll matters—i.e., overtime, missed punches, tardiness, absences, etc.Distributes payroll checks; responds to team member questions as needed.Responds to agency requests for payroll information, and processes documentation for payroll deductions.Participates in monthly new team member orientation and personnel in-service.Monitors benefits and auditsProcess Glenaire Foundation contributions and other checksReceives and records Foundation contributions.Receives and records, using Salesforce program, all contributionsPrepares bank statements for deposit, and assists AR Clerk by depositing funds in the bank from residents and other fees.Tracks community benefit functions and assists in publishing and employee newsletter.Participates in budget development and monitoringMaintains Imprest Account, writes checks on account, and processes requests for reimbursement.Maintains Resident Trust Fund in order to cover liabilities and receive Social Security fundsResponds to vendors regarding outstanding invoices.Maintains Petty Cash Fund, distributing requested monies and processing requests for reimbursement.What's for You as a Payroll & Accounts Receivable Specialist?Great payPTOExcellent medical/dental/vision insurance at a low cost for you and your familyDisability and life insuranceFlexible Spending AccountRetirement Plan (401k) eligibilityAccess to the Wellness Center and free wellness programsDelicious discounted mealsRobust Team Member Assistance ProgramFaith-based and mission-drivenA true team spirit and belief in making a difference together!
