FSQA Technologist

Summary of Job Description:The FSQA Technologist is responsible for supporting food safety and quality assurance programs for restaurants and suppliers. This position collects and addresses guest and operator complaints related to food safety and quality. The FSQA Technologist supports the product monitoring program and assists with corrective actions follow up to ensure ingredients meet company standards and specifications. This position also supports projects designed to improve product performance, reduce costs, and simplify processes at the restaurant level.Job Responsibilities:Supports the Product Monitoring Program by identifying and correcting quality and safety issues before shipment, evaluating ingredients, and preparing monthly performance reports with corrective actions. May also oversee the Foreign Objects Program by tracking incidents, coordinating supplier follow-ups, and addressing operator and guest concerns.Supports food quality incidents in the FoodLogiQ portal, including restaurant, supplier, and distribution center investigations and corrective actions.Conducts supplier and restaurant visits to ensure FSQA compliance; supports kitchen tests for new partners and/or assists in the Supply Chain Auditing Program, auditing suppliers and distributors for food safety and quality standards.
