Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

• Current Physical Therapist license (required)
• Certification to practice in educational environments
• Experience providing therapy in K-12 or pediatric settings preferred
• Comfortable adapting interventions for elementary, middle, and high school populations
• Solid communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and parents

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students’ physical abilities and needs within the school setting
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to meet educational goals
• Work with teachers and staff to adapt classroom environments and activities for accessibility
• Support students in improving mobility, motor skills, and participation in daily school routines
• Document progress and maintain clear records in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to ongoing student evaluations
• Offer guidance and resources to families and educational personnel
