Position Details Position Classification Title: Temp Hourly FLSA: Non-Exempt Position Class (Extract From Banner or PA): 55555 The Admissions Project Manager provides strategic leadership, coordination, and oversight for the University's Slate CRM, ensuring the platform effectively supports recruitment, admissions, and enrollment management operations. This position serves as the functional lead for Slate-related initiatives, managing system enhancements, process improvements, reporting, and cross-functional projects that advance institutional enrollment goals. The role is responsible for collaborating with Admissions, Information Technology, and campus stakeholders to optimize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and maximize the University's investment in Slate. A key focus of the position is facilitating the transition of CRM knowledge and responsibilities from a primarily individual-based model to a sustainable, team-based approach through training, documentation, and knowledge sharing. Key Responsibilities Provide functional leadership and project management for initiatives involving the University's Slate CRM. Coordinate with Admissions, Information Technology, and other campus stakeholders to identify needs, establish priorities, and implement solutions. Lead and support Slate system enhancements, configurations, integrations, and process improvements. Evaluate existing recruitment, admissions, and enrollment management processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Develop, maintain, and improve reports and data processes that support enrollment management decision-making. Coordinate cross-functional projects involving CRM processes, technology, data, and admissions operations. Serve as a primary resource for Slate-related questions, troubleshooting, process development, and functional guidance. Document CRM processes, workflows, procedures, and institutional knowledge to support long-term sustainability. Develop and deliver training for staff who use Slate and related admissions systems. Facilitate knowledge sharing and cross-training to reduce reliance on individual staff members and strengthen team capacity. Establish sustainable processes for managing Slate responsibilities, system knowledge, and ongoing operational needs. Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes and communicate progress to relevant stakeholders. Collaborate with campus partners to ensure CRM functionality aligns with institutional recruitment, admissions, and enrollment objectives. Support change management and adoption of new CRM processes and functionality. Perform other related duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Slate by Technolutions or another higher education CRM. Experience working in university admissions, enrollment management, student recruitment, or student services. Experience with CRM reporting, workflows, forms, queries, communications, or integrations. Experience leading cross-functional technology or process-improvement projects. Experience developing team-based knowledge-sharing and training programs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong project management and organizational skills.
