Air Import Coordinator

We are hiring one support staff member for our air import department at the Atlanta airport office. This role involves verifying import documentation, entering essential data into the system, coordinating delivery orders with trucking companies, and managing invoices from vendors and clients. Prior experience in freight forwarding or logistics is preferred but not mandatory. Air Import Coordinator – Support Staff Responsibilities: Verify air import documents and accurately input data into the company system. Coordinate delivery orders post‑customs clearance and arrange deliveries with trucking companies. Gather invoices from vendors and ensure proper documentation. Issue invoices to customers after the completion of deliveries. Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure smooth operations for imports. Working Hours / Work Style Full‑time position, on‑site. Salary and Benefits Annual salary: approximately $45,000 to $60,000. Holidays Standard company holidays. Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics (preferred but not required). Basic understanding of import operations or logistics processes.
