Job Description
Overall financial management of the company; Organize all company financial programs and ensure compliance to budgetary requirements; Responsible for company’s accounting including, financial reporting, payroll, account reconciliations, tax filings; Analyze and forecast financial requirements for organization; Supervise and ensure efficient working of all financial transactions in organization; Responsible for payroll processing and administration and for ensuring accurate and timely completion of all accounting reports and financials, as well as for monthly reconciliations and bookkeeping; Assist in data gathering for all tax filings; Monitor all company expenditures; Design and prepare audit schedules for external audit processors; Administer all bank transactions and oversee data recording procedures monthly; Streamline processes and procedures for improving operational efficiency of finance reporting and budgeting systems. Requirements: Associate Degree in accounting or finance + 2yr. of job experience.
