Estimator - Work from Home

As a full-time General Estimator at SIXT, you’ll be at the heart of our Fleet Maintenance operations, ensuring every estimate is accurate and every process runs smoothly. You’ll review and verify vendor estimates, provide feedback to rental locations, and support management with vendor recommendations. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, have a keen eye for detail, and excel at multitasking, this is the role for you. You support the Fleet Maintenance team by reviewing and verifying all vendor estimates

You liaise with rental locations to provide feedback and coaching for faster approvals

You maintain audit records of all estimates from third‑party vendors and repair shops

You receive and analyze vendor performance, providing management with reviews and recommendations

Experience You have 1+ years of experience in repair estimation with experience in using Mitchell Cloud Estimating or similar software, and possess vehicle salvage knowledge

Education You have a bachelor’s degree (strongly preferred) or an associate’s degree with relevant experience, and are authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

Technical Proficiency You are skilled in computer navigation and Microsoft Office Applications

Travel You have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and are able to work a flexible schedule
