• This is a unique full time advisory role, helping consult with an established team of engineers on the team on both the sales & seller/doer side, as well as the hands on technical & operational engineering side.

Job Details

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in geotechnical engineering, geotechnical construction, or a closely related engineering discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience involving senior engineers, technical teams, or engineering functions.
• Deep technical expertise in ground improvement, foundation systems, and geotechnical design and construction practices.
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Demonstrated technical judgment and experience assessing and managing engineering risk.
• Strong mentoring, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence experienced professionals without micromanaging.
• Proven ability to connect engineering strategy and technical innovation with operational priorities and business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

• PhD in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Advanced expertise in geotechnics, numerical modeling, or complex geotechnical analysis.
• Experience developing or refining innovative ground-improvement technologies, proprietary engineering systems, or technical specifications.
• Experience influencing technical practices across a geographically distributed or matrixed organization.
• Active involvement in relevant professional engineering associations.
