As part of a dynamic, global team, you’ll act as a trusted point of contact for clients across Exchange Traded and Cleared OTC derivatives, partnering closely with PDS Sales, Relationship Management, and Product to deliver seamless, integrated solutions. To be successful as a PDS Client Interactions Group – AVP, you should have: Deep product knowledge of Exchange Traded Derivatives, ETD and Cleared OTC Derivatives, cOTC Validated experience in client service, with excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills The ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and evolving client priorities A firm commitment to risk management, with a willingness to uphold coordinate and escal Other Highly Valued Skills Include Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Demonstrated analytical capabilities, including experience performing data and trend analysis Demonstrated problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify opportunities and drive solutions A focus on leveraging automation and technology to improve efficiency, increase capacity, and reduce operational risk You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, as well as job-specific technical skills. This role is located in our New York, NY office. Minimum Salary: $70,000 Maximum Salary: $140,000 The minimum and maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or base hourly rate. It does not include any other type of compensation or benefits that may be available. Purpose of the role To support business areas with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, trading and issue resolution. Accountabilities Support various business areas with day-to-day initiatives including processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution. Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate operational processes. Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations in operational processes. Development and implementation of operational procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency. Development of reports and presentations on operational performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders. Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in banking operations. Participation in projects and initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
