Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs and establish individualized therapy plans.

• Document session notes and treatment recommendations promptly and accurately in the EHR system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work closely with a diverse clientele, which may include individuals facing various challenges such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, substance use, and other mental health conditions. This role requires cultural competence in understanding the unique needs of clients from different backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona.

• A minimum of four years of professional experience in mental health counseling.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders along with proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to cultivate rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Familiarity with telehealth practices and proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Compensation and Benefits\n
