Company Description Arapahoe County Security Center, Inc. (ACSC) is a locally grown locksmith and security company that began as a one-truck, home-based operation and has expanded into a thriving business. The company has built its reputation on delivering high-quality service, fair pricing, and reliable workmanship to a diverse customer base. ACSC continues to grow with a team that includes mobile technicians, shop personnel, and support staff. Since 2009, ACSC has been the only locksmith and security company in Aurora with a dedicated bricks-and-mortar storefront, offering customers in-person service and support in addition to field services. Our Parker location has been the only bricks-and-mortar shop in Parker since 2018. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Locksmith role based in the Denver Metropolitan Area. The Locksmith will install, repair, rekey, and maintain locks, door hardware, and security-related systems for residential, commercial, and institutional customers. Responsibilities include responding to service calls, troubleshooting lock and key issues, cutting and programming keys (as applicable), and performing routine maintenance on doors, frames, and related hardware. The role may involve shop work such as key duplication, hardware preparation, and assisting walk-in customers, as well as field work in company vehicles. The Locksmith will follow safety procedures, maintain accurate work documentation, provide courteous customer service, and collaborate with team members and support staff to complete jobs efficiently. Qualifications Strong locksmithing skills, including lock installation, repair, rekeying, and key cutting. Experience with maintenance & repair and general maintenance of doors, frames, and related hardware. Basic welding skills and familiarity with millwork for door, frame, and hardware modifications desirable. Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively; mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to travel to customer sites within the Denver Metropolitan Area. Strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and commitment to high-quality, customer-focused service. Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as needed and work in a variety of indoor and outdoor environments.
