About Our Agency:

Our agency opened in 2014 and has grown into a team of 10 who are focused on developing professionals and delivering strong service to our customers. Before becoming an agent, I worked for a State Farm agent, which gave me firsthand experience and helped shape the culture I wanted to build in my own office. I'm a graduate of Binghamton University, married with two kids, and spend much of my free time coaching football, baseball, and basketball. Being involved with youth sports and staying connected to families in the community is something I truly enjoy. Role Description:

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kris Yelverton - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. We anticipate internal growth opportunities for especially driven and sales-minded candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
