$1077.12/week - Job Summary: Provide routine daily nursing care to residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility, ensuring comfort and well-being in accordance with established procedures and supervisor directives. Responsibilities: Perform daily nursing tasks for residents, including safety checks, hygiene assistance, and vital sign monitoring. Document resident care activities accurately and timely in compliance with facility policies. Follow care plans and adapt procedures based on resident needs and supervisor instructions. Assist with resident mobility, feeding, and personal care to promote comfort and independence. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members regarding care and condition updates. Qualifications: Valid CNA certification or license in the state of Colorado. Proven experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred. Ability to follow detailed care plans and adhere to safety protocols. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact compassionately with residents and staff. Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
