About Your Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Manager to support the efficient functioning of daily business operations. This role includes reviewing paperwork submitted by BHT and BC/MT staff weekly to ensure accuracy for payroll and billing, as well as filing client records to maintain secure and orderly documentation. Additional responsibilities involve managing communications, scheduling clients, maintaining office supplies, preparing correspondence and reports, and supporting administrative and operational staff. The ideal candidate will be proactive, accurate, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Does the following apply to you? Ability to pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances and at least one (1) of the following:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
