Reason for Coverage: Vacancy- Long-Term Permanent Search Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Provider Type: Advanced Practice Coverage Type: Scheduled Clinical Hours Only EMR System: EPIC Practice Setting: Inpatient Does your Facility require physicians to be board certified?: Yes Minimum Board Certification: Certified What is the license requirement to bid?: Licensed in WA or IMLC Estimated Credentialing Timeframe (Days): 7590 days Looking to confirm a CRNA for a 12-hour NIGHT shift schedule with this search. 3-5 nights per week at CRNA's discretion. Case mix includes, ENT, general surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, podiatry, OB, orthopedics, (healthy) pediatric cases, robotic procedures, urology and vascular (no CT or Neuro). Night shifts include a good deal of OB. Medically supervised, care team model. CRNAs support 7 ORs in the main Surgery department; 4 ORs at the adjacent Surgi-Center; 2 GI treatment rooms; 1 bronchoscopy room, and 1 Cath lab. The team also provides OB coverage, but locums aren't usually assigned to OB.
