How you'll make an impact in this role

• Execute High-Touch Patient Concierge Services by serving as the primary point of contact, ensuring every patient and visitor is greeted and checked in/out with professional excellence.
• Master Revenue Cycle Front-End Operations by verifying insurance authorizations and precertifications to ensure seamless claim processing and reimbursement.
• Orchestrate Clinical Scheduling & Documentation by managing patient appointments, confirming schedules, and processing medical record release requests with strict adherence to privacy protocols.
• Drive Financial Accuracy & Daily Reconciliation by entering and auditing patient procedure charges, collecting co-payments, and reconciling daily reports and deposits for 100% accuracy.
• Maintain Data Integrity by meticulously capturing and verifying patient demographic information within the EHR system.
• Provide Multidimensional Administrative Support to the clinical team, ensuring the front office operates with peak efficiency and organizational flow.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • Note: Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Medical Office Savvy: Demonstrated experience in a medical setting, with a strong understanding of insurance verification and patient privacy (HIPAA)
• Technical Proficiency: Experience with medical scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR)
• Exceptional Interpersonal Etiquette: The ability to remain calm and welcoming in a fast-paced clinical environment while managing patient expectations
