Collaborate closelywithCulturalResourcesBusinessUnitLeads,theConsultingDirectorforArchaeology,AreaManagers,andManagingPartners.Serve asprimaryauthorortaskmanagerforculturalresourcestechnicalstudiesassociatedwithlargecapitalprojects,ensuringprojectobjectives,qualitystandards,budgets,andschedulesareachieved.Manageprojectsthatrangefrommulti-statelineardevelopmentstosmallersite-specificinitiatives.ExpandERM’spresenceandmarketsharewithintheculturalresourcessectorthroughexcellenceintechnicaldeliveryandbusinessdevelopment.Partner withERMManagingPartnerstostrengthenexistingclientrelationshipsanddevelopnewclientopportunitiesthatcontributetorevenuegrowth.Identifyandsupportcross-sellingopportunitiesacrossERMservicelines.Collaborate withinERM’smultidisciplinaryWesternRockiesteam,includingenvironmentalplanners,biologists,wetlandspecialists,GISspecialists,engineers,andothertechnicalprofessionals.Represent ERMinmeetingsandcommunicationswithclients,agencyrepresentatives,teamingpartners,subcontractors,andstakeholders.Identifysubcontractorneedsandoverseethequalityandscheduleperformanceofsubcontractorssupportingculturalresourcesprojects.WhatYou'llBring:RequiredGraduatedegreeinAnthropology,Archaeology,oracloselyrelatedfieldofstudy,orequivalentexperience.8+yearsofrelatedprofessionalexperienceinarchaeology,culturalresourcesmanagement,andenvironmentalconsulting.SecretaryoftheInterior-qualifiedarchaeologistandRegisteredProfessionalArchaeologist(RPA),withqualificationsmeetingorexceedingapplicableSHPOrequirementsfortheregion.Demonstratedfieldexperienceandprincipal-leveloversightofprojectsthroughouttheSouthwest,includinginventory,survey,testing,anddatarecoveryefforts.DemonstratedknowledgeofSouthwesternarchaeologyandNEPAcompliancerequirements.Experience authoring and/or reviewing agency-submitted technical reports, including Class I and Class IIIreports,culturalresourcestreatmentplans,andculturalresourcessectionsofNEPAdocuments.Experienceinteractingwithregulatoryagencieswhilerepresentingclientinterests.Strongleadership,projectmanagement,mentoring,andteamcollaborationskills.Ability toworkeffectivelywithinmultidisciplinaryteamsconsistingofarchaeologistsandothertechnicalspecialists.Abilitytomanagemultipleprojectssimultaneouslywhilemaintainingquality,schedule,andbudgetexpectations.PreferredPrevious experienceservingasPermitAdministratorand/orPrincipalInvestigatorforBLMCulturalResourcesUsePermitsandARPApermits.Demonstratedsuccesssupportingbusinessdevelopmentactivities,clientgrowthinitiatives,andproposaldevelopment.Existing relationshipswithregulatoryagencies,tribalorganizations,andclientswithinArizona,NewMexico,andthebroaderSouthwestregion.Experiencesupportinglarge-scaleenergy,infrastructure,transmission,mining,orcapitaldevelopmentprojects.Familiaritywithculturalresourcemanagementprogramsacrossmultiplewesternstates.KeyResponsibilities:Provide technicalleadershipandoversightforculturalresourcesprojectsandregulatorycomplianceefforts.Manageprojectteams,schedules,budgets,anddeliverables.Support strategicbusinessdevelopmentinitiativesandclientrelationshipmanagement.Mentoranddevelopculturalresourcesprofessionalsacrossvaryingexperiencelevels.Ensureregulatorycomplianceandtechnicalexcellenceacrossprojectportfolios.CollaborateacrossERM’smultidisciplinaryservicelinestodeliverintegratedclientsolutions.Who We Are:As the largest global pure play sustainability consultancy, we partner with the world’s leading organizations, creating innovative solutions to sustainability challenges and unlocking commercial opportunities that meet the needs of today while preserving opportunity for future generations.At ERM we know that creating a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment is an essential part of making our company a great place to build a career.
