We're seeking a hands-on Retail Sales Leader to drive results, lead a team of 10+ consultants, and uphold high standards in sales performance, customer experience, and showroom operations. This role involves coaching, hiring, and executing key sales strategies while ensuring consistency in processes and exceeding customer expectations.
