Salary range: USD $45,400.00/Yr. – USD $78,500.00/Yr. Summary: This position works closely with internal Advantage Solutions associates such as Customer Managers and order entry, claims, category management, schematics and retail associates to increase sales volume within a market. The incumbent may service multiple clients’ goals, encompassing customer and client relations and implementation. Clients include Pioneering, Regional, and Tier 3 clients, with varying distribution and revenue levels. Job will remain open until filled. Responsibilities Drive our clients' business at assigned customer by increasing distribution and sales dollars/units/share while staying within budget guidelines. Ensure retail/merchandising execution and basic eCommerce execution. Achieve targeted income and expense budgets by implementing promotional and marketing strategies. Analyze trends and results to identify growth opportunities and make recommendations to clients and customers. Monitor and drive growth through efficient management of promotional spending within guidelines for assigned clients. Meet budgetary goals by maintaining strict control and accounting of accrual and bill-back funds for assigned clients. Meet expectations for managing period-end fund balance performance with no overspends vs. trade budget. Meet or exceed client goals for sales, distribution, share, pricing, shelving, and promotional volume. Launch strategies to pursue new opportunities and implement retailer HQ calls to penetrate key retailer positions. Maximize manufacturer marketing and promotional funds within financial guidelines and ensure pricing/discrepancies are corrected in retailer systems. Secure client approved schematics for all brands by coordinating with schematic, reset, and retail departments. Ensure incremental sales through distribution of new products and maintenance of existing SKUs. Collaborate with category management to develop retailer presentations using data such as SKU optimization and lift analysis. Manage accounts to achieve targeted ACV on innovations and maintain strong client/retailer relationships. Provide sales presentations and strategic input aligned with annual business plans to achieve win/win outcomes for retailers and clients. Communicate goals, programs, price changes, and priorities to all necessary stakeholders in a timely and fluid manner. Address and resolve difficult situations, issues, and conflicts to reach effective outcomes. Supervisory Responsibilities Direct Reports: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities for direct reports. Indirect Reports: This position does not have guidance or mentoring responsibilities for indirect reports. Travel and/or Driving Requirements Travel and driving are essential duties and functions of this job. Travel up to 20%. Education and Experience Education Level (Required): High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience. Education Level (Preferred): Bachelor's Degree. Field of Study/Area of Experience: 1-3 years of experience in applicable field. Skills, Knowledge and Abilities Strong sales presentation and development skills. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills. Working knowledge of syndicated data. Intermediate or advanced computer skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Conflict management skills and cross-functional leadership ability. Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible and adaptable to changing projects or business conditions. Ability to manage multiple duties with accuracy amid interruptions and deadlines. Environmental & Physical Requirements Office / sedentary requirements: Must be able to perform essential functions in an office environment, typically requiring sitting for extended periods and ability to enter data.
