Business Systems Analyst

Job Description

The Business Systems Analyst (BSA) serves as the primary system owner and subject‑matter expert for licensed loss‑monitoring platforms, with a specific focus on the Appriss Retail Secure application. This role bridges technology, loss prevention strategy, and business leadership by ensuring systems are configured, monitored, and leveraged to proactively identify fraud and elevated POS risk across licensed operations.

Skills and Requirements

4-6 years of relevant experience

Experience using a POS fraud managing system experience specifically Appriss or a system adjacent to Appriss.

Good written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a team environment
